Im always amazed when I look back at pictures and see how much the kids have grown and thinking to myself, "wasnt that just yesterday?" and then looking at the date on the pic and it was at least 2 years ago... is that a sign of me getting old?   Probably... :)

My mom is probably going to hate this.... Im corrupting my children.  Yeah, if you look closely in that pic of Emma, you can tell the front tips are colored a dark, navy blue - looks a bit black in the pic, but under normal lights, its a nice blue color..... I figured what the heck, its summer.  And Im all in for a good punk-rock hair style... :)

If you know me at all, then you know that I LOVE to read and I love books.... so I discovered The Hunger Games before the fad really hit and talked Daniel and some of my friends into reading them... so when I heard there was a movie coming out, you could color me excited... our local library did a Hunger Games party in celebration of the movie, so I dressed up our family (extra points if you can guess who each of us is!)

Look at that sweet girl's smile.... Emma as a baby.... that bear hat was the first thing I bought when we found out we were pregnant... and the cupcake outfit is the one she came home from the hospital in - even though it was super big b/c she was tiny-tiny.

Every time I look at her now Im in awe at how big and grown up she has become... and watch out b/c she can charm the pants off anyone... such her daddy's child.

Check out that sweet baby... Gabe was just one year old in that pic - wearing a PushStars shirt - we take his picture in this shirt on his birthday every year to see how much he has grown.  Now that he is 8, the shirt is above his knees - crazy how fast it goes!

I just realized how long its been since Ive done a personal Friday post.... isnt this sweet of Emma and Wallace sleeping on each other in the car on the way home one day.  Im sure they will be really embarrased when they are older, but right now, I dont think they mind.

And for the record, I want yall to know that I had a wonderful Link Love post ready for yesterday but before I could publish it just deleted... I was so mad and I had lost all my links... ugh!

Anyway.... Im so excited about warmer weather being here, although I dont know how long its really going to stick around, but Im happy while its here... hope you have a great weekend!

Oh my goodness... look at those cute kiddos.... where did they go?  That still relatively looks like Gabe although he has totally grown up on me... but Emma looks totally different - she actually has hair now.... still 2 of the best things I ever in my life did.... :)
